Is wi-fi included in my stay?
We consider it important that you have good internet access during your stay. Therefore, you can use Wi-Fi at all resorts free of charge.
Are linen and towels included in my stay?
The beds are made for you and towels are ready to be used.
Where can I view and modify my reservation details?
Through your account, you can easily view the details of your reservation and upgrade your reservation.
Can I book extras for my stay? And how can I book them?
Make your stay even more comfortable by simply booking extras. You can do this yourself when making your online reservation or via your account if you have already made a reservation.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome at our resorts. One pet is allowed per accommodation.
On request and subject to availability. There is an additional charge for bringing your pet.
