What to do during the Easter holidays?
A holiday in the mountains in April means enjoying the fresh air and getting away from it all. Depending on the snowfall, some winter sports can still be practised, including skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The skiing area of Châtel is only a few minutes away, and the skiing area Panthiaz in La Chapelle d'Abondance relates to all the skiing areas of Portes du Soleil by gondola. Easter skiing, how wonderful is that?
What do I do when there is no more snow? As soon as the snow melts, the beautiful hiking trails in the area become visible again. On a beautiful spring hike, you can enjoy the wonderful landscapes and the incomparable Abondance valley.
