Discover the breathtaking Chablais Geopark

On the shores of Lake Geneva, and on the peaks of Les Portes du Soleil, you will find the Chablair Unesco World Geopark. This park contains an extreme biodiversity. From magical landscapes, characteristic cultural sights to the well known different mineral waters. There are several hiking trails, one more challenging than the other. There are also several themed paths, playgrounds for children and enough benches to catch a break.
At the tourist office of La Chapelle d'Abondance you can get leaflets for each specific area. The tourist map of the Abondance Valley is free of charge for hikers. There are also more specific maps and footpaths for sale. So you will be well informed about all the hiking possibilities.
