Is wi-fi included in my stay?

You can enjoy a free Wi-Fi connection in all the villas at Oasis les Jardins. We are equipped with fiber.

Are linen and towels included in my stay?

Bed linen and towels are included in your stay, beds will be made upon your arrival.

Where can I view and modify my reservation details?

Through your account, you can easily view the details of your reservation and upgrade your reservation.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are accepted in only a few villas in the residence. Please always add the pet in your reservation, so you will know immediately if this is possible. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact our team.

On request and subject to availability. There is an additional charge for bringing your pet.

Are the swimming pools heated?

The swimming pools are heated automatically and at no extra charge from the end of April to the end of September. For 2024, all swimming pools will be heated for a stay starting from 04/27/2024 until 09/30/2024.

But be careful, pool heating is subject to weather conditions. The management gives itself the right not to turn on the heating of the swimming pools if the weather conditions are not favorable. The system does not work if temperatures are below 10° at night. Since pool heating is included in the rental price, no partial or total refund can be requested if the pool heating cannot be turned on.
